Fabric Cleaning Information

Vinyl/Polyester Laminates

To clean these laminates, use a watering hose to rinse the top and keep the underside of your awning clean by simply brushing with a clean household broom. Do not use high-pressure equipment since this may damage the surface treatments of the vinyl.

To remove heavy dirt and stains, wash the awning with a cleaner that is recommended by the manufacturer (see below). Scrub lightly with a soft bristled brush. Make sure you clean all part of the awning. Any missed spots will show when it is dry. Rinse the awning completely. Film left on the material will leave marks and a chalky residue.
